The best app thus far!

Ive been looking for anything to help my back pain as well as my carpal tunnel pain. I bought this all and am GRATEFUL to have found it! I use it daily, multiple times and its very effective. My pain (Im a baby) hinders me but its comforting to know this can bring me back to working shape!
